They asked from students these types of questions:
What is difference between amortization and depreciation?
What is diff between Provision and reserve?
What are the inventories of the bank?
What is the sale or revenue in bank Income statement?
And they were mainly focusing on the ratio analysis and horizontal or vertical analysis.
There were two panels, One that of female were some what lenient, but the other was little bit strict. But the main thing they were observing was the confidence of the student, If you don't know any thing , just simply say sorry , they will ask the other question
When there was my turn, I just get into room and connected Flash with pc ,then I started Intro, She said me to come on the Training program. Then main Training k part main jo bolna start hoe to unko Question krny ka moqa hi nae dia,I told them I did this this this, this was very interesting work in my view etc and so on, then she asked the questions regarding the bank history and some draw backs, she asked difference between Bearer and order cheque ,about taxation on dividends, double taxation, Tax deducted at source, Deferred Tax etc , about finance structure ,main sources of finance of bank.

Market is intergral part of any organization. End of the day its all about selling. If you can not market your product or services than existance of other depts. will be in danger.
So companies keep this dept either they are small, medium or large in size.
A good marketer is like magician whose carries all the skills to perfom in any situation.
