in my opinion Wateen telecom is better option for doing internship because you will get networking practice in it otherwise in banking you will not get experience in networking field which is your subject. I have also done MBA in MIS and I have done internship at PTCL's IT department , this is also good but they didn't allow internees to use their system b/c it is live. hence you should do intenrship at telecom industry.
In the end i would like to say you that kindly pray for my presentation it is held on 22 november on tuesday. pray for me i dont know what kind of questions they will ask ?
