Perimeter  = 54 = P

 

P=2L+2W

54=2*4N + 2*5N     (N IS THE MULTIPLIER FOR THE RATIO VALUES.)
54= 8N + 10N
54=18N

18N=54

N=54/18

N=3 ANS. FOR THE MULTIPLIER.

4*3=12 FOR THE LENGTH.

5*3=15 FOR THE WIDTH.

PROOF:

54=2*12+2*15
54=24+30
54=54
