1) 1st march - 22 march 2008 is not included in tax year 2009.

tax year 2009 is from 1july 2008 to - 30 june 2009. So for the tax year 2009:

july =31days.

aug=31 days

sept= 30 days

oct=31 days

nov= 30days

dec = 31 days2008

jan = 30 days 2009

feb  =28 days

march =31days

april=30days

may=31 and 

june =30 days are included.> 183 is resident individual.
