[ vuZs.net ] SRS document help

Asalam u alikum!

If any body has accepted (by the instructor) SRS document then Kindly do send me. I don't know how to make use-case diagram that's y my SRS document was rejected twice. So plz plz help me.plz I need jst a sample.
