Dear student,
You can submit your internship certificate till 15th July, 2011 but not later then that. But you have to submit your evaluation form now because no relaxation could be given to you for evaluation form. This special relaxation is granted to you only so take it as an opportunity and try to submit your documents within this due date otherwise it will not be accepted.
