Assignmnet is:
In order to make the change a permanent part of the organization (after change has been implemented and accepted), it is important to make sure that these changes are persistent. This phenomenon is termed as 'refreezing' in OD and unfortunately has not received much attention in theory and practice.
Keeping in view the major features of OD interventions that can affect the institutionalization process (as mentioned in the given table), you are required to identify these features from the following
scenario:
An organization-wide training program is to be conducted by the HR department in
collaboration with other department managers – so as to increase the credibility of the
program and to achieve desired objectives. The major problem identified is customer
dissatisfaction because of delays in the order processing that is placed for a product
and/or for after sale services.  This delay is directly linked with employees' behavior
and empowerment.
The training program is aimed at introducing and promoting the culture of "Employee
Involvement and Empowerment" so as to improve the decision-making and ultimately
its execution. It is also focused on encouraging employee feedback and participation
particularly in group meetings on decisive issues that have a direct or indirect impact
on them.
