Thanks. Alhamdulillah by knowing that it was VU's problem in their network and paper will be reschedule, I am abit relaxed.

I have just called them, and according to VU, due to some technical problem at their end, this session (2:00pm - 4:00pm) has been cancelled. And they will email to relative students about rescheduling of this paper.
