I got it,Now i can Accessmy acount
apny vu gmail acount k all msg delete ker k logout ker do. or vulms sy b logout ho jao   or jis yahoo ya gmail per mail send kerwana chahty ho wehan sy b logout ho ker.
Again vulms per login ho jain or request send kerain to ap ko ap k personal email id per mail mil jay ge
