Well better to improve your D grade ....it will effect on your CGPA ....N yes you will get a very good job inshallah.. very soon....if you have all marketing skills ....specially communication skills ...that is very important for this field.

give time if you feel its weak or need improvement

otherwise try your luck ....n apply everywhere... there are many openings now a days....search all recruitment websites.
