I have also given presentation and viva today nicely.
Presentation
They said to me that please explain your training program, SWOT and recommendations.
VIVA
They asked me difference between marketing and selling, what is your organization's products(only names),SWOT analysis, Difference between product and brand.

In presentation..
they will just check ur confidence. prepare urself neat and clean.
15-20 slides are enough, they will even dont count it and will ask you to just tell about your 2 slides of internship program and training slides and then directly to SWOT, recommendation. No other question will be asked except what you have written ..

When I was there in last semester situation was the same, I'd to present Final Project Slides. 

I was asked to start from introduction of company as I already had introduced myself after exchange of greetings. 

I started Introducing companies and got criticized for not making points of that, I'd just copy pasted the paragraph as in Final Project document. Then I was asked to move to Current Ratios of company. n was asked to interpret the current ratio, it was something like 1.2  
Then they asked what is 1 and 2 here :)
I had no clue of that due to my nervousness :)

Then they jumped to profitability ratios n repeated the same question n I answered, I'd not inserted the recommendations for the companies and had to face criticism. In total I was asked 4 question out of which I answered 3 correctly. n was asked to present again :)  

Next time I was called in Faisalabad Campus. there was video conferencing. They were watching my pc through Team Viewer and said me to start once ready. This time I'd changed the company introduction slides and made points of it. also inserted the recommendations. Questions again were same, but I couldn't answer any of them this time :)

I am sharing this because many fellows could be helped.
I did not send any email for confirmation. but on the day of presentation i went.

I dressed in white shirt, blue dress pent and blue tie.
I reached at 9:00 am before 1 hour of given time (10:00 am). and signed my attendance at Lahore Lawrence Road.
i was called after 1 hour. There were 2 students already went in front of me. I was number 3.

There is a dark room and 3 people, sitting there. with a projector screen on the wall. i gave my USB and sat on a chair. I explore my USB and started my presentation slides with mouse myself. The presentation slides is displayed on the screen. I started to speak while sitting.

i introduce my self and company.
and then i was asked directly go to internship program
What i have done?  i explained it in 4 minutes, he asked question what was already written. my experience..
then instructed to go directly to critical anylysis, and SWOT analysis.. and then recommendation.

he asked what is the basic strength in SWOT analysis and how ?
and then in recommendation i had written in this slide , "that company should go for product development, market development and concentric diversification.

he asked me the what is this ?
and then thanks.
he said gooooood : i came out of the room.
