Following are some main points:
-I started my presentation by introducing myself (told my name and specialization) and then went to organization introduction. I told them overview of the organization, product lines, Business volume, competitors from slides etc.
-Then I talked about the branch where I did my internship
-Then one of the instructors asked me to move to "Training Program". I did as instructed. I was telling them about training program, the tasks that I performed there. I explained the tasks that I performed in "Account opening deptt" (there were 5 other deptts as well), but instructor asked me to move to "Critical Analysis", when I was telling them about account opening deptt
-In critical analysis I told them about "Comparison of organization's strategies with its vision and mission statements".
-And then instructor asked me to move to "SWOT Analysis". The first slide of SWOT analysis was of "Strengths", I told them about couple of strengths and he said move to the next slide. The next slide was of "Weaknesses", again on telling 1 or 2 points (while there were 7 to 8 points on my slide), he said move to the next slide. The next slide was of "Opportunities", here he asked me question about one point which I had mentioned in this slide. I had mentioned there "New technology", he said explain it. I did the same quite successfully.
-Then quite surprisingly instructor asked me to move to "Conclusion" part. :P. I did it, explained only couple of points and he said, "Okay", now we'll ask you some questions from your academic courses. Come and sit here. I went and sat on the chair.
-Now this part is different for MIS Students. Here we are asked questions from our academic course books. He asked me what is your favorite subject. I knew if I had told him about software project management (which was not at all my favorite subject, he would have asked questions from that course). So, I told him CS201 - Introduction to Programming. He asked me following questions from CS201:
- Difference b/w union and structure
-Operator overloading
-(I do not know what term he exactly said, but i think it was) Polymorphism :P ... (I didn't know about it, I said I do not know about it, is it from CS201, he said, "yes". Then I said, it has been more than year almost since I last studied these subjects, so that's why.)
-Then he said what else was your favorite subject. I said CS403. He asked me about "Referential Integrity". I could not answer it well, coz I didn't remember its concept exactly.
-Then I said, Sir it has been more than a year since I last studied these subjects. So he said, what subjects did you study in your last semester, I said this is my extra semester for internship course, coz I could not find internship in the 4th semester ( i deliberately said that, I wanted to divert his attention, coz if i had told him about the courses i studied in my 4th semester which were software project management (which I didn't revise at all), it would have created problem for me).
-Then he asked (in urdu), MBA se pehle kya kiya hoa tha aap ne, I said, was doing CA, but quit it after two modules, he said, "CA mein time kaafi lagta hai, 6 years". and then one of the instructors said, okay, thank you.
That's it!
Make sure when they ask you about your favorite course, tell them that course about which you've knowledge. Like a boy which went there before me, he told his favorite subject "computer networks", and the instructor asked him about "data link layer" (and that student could not tell about other questions)
What you need to do is to be confident during your presentation. I gave my whole presentation in english (though you can give in both english and urdu mix, like other students gave presentation in english and urdu)
may be one of the reasons I was asked only few questions from my presentation slides was that I presented my whole presentation with confidence (Thanks God, I didn't get nervous at all).
What I observed there (as I was reading the mail of some student who said the same thing) that even the instructor which was asking me questions from my academic courses could not speak english fluently.

Omer
