If the company where  you are doing intern ship is stock listed. Then definitely they will have financial statements. You need to prepare ratio analysis for yourself. Organization is conducting ratio analysis or not, it makes no difference. You have to make an analysis report on any organization by yourself as a "Student analyst". 

So, You just need to have their financial statements. That's it.
