In the Bank of Punjab, we would calculate KYC in system thorough BOP's provided website. It contains many information about customer(s) like;
-whether the customer(s) is salaried/student/housewife.
-source of income
-who referred the customer
-income range
-usage of account
-and of course it also contains customer(s) name, address etc etc
It then calculates the risk level of customer(s), which we need to mention on the form.
The Account opening form (AOF) also contains some pages about KYC, which we needs to fill in.
