It up to you to select the internship.
But according to me you must select the internship in four the semester.Other wise you have to pay extra due in the next semester.

Yes you may present the internship report of your organization.It should be right according to the rules of vu.

but as a good student you should make your own report.In this case you should be confident in the viva-voice.
