Dear all,

Ham sb mil k agar apni apni taraf se ek application is "15 Minutes
Rule" k khilaf vu ki tamam authorities ko email karen, to i guess is
rule pe nazar saani ho skti ha, nothing is impossible yar, or ye b koi
rule ha, k 15 minutes late aao, wo bhi mid term exam ma, to paper
cancel, and final term ma b allowed nai,

Yar 15 minutes late ane ka loss to student ka he hota ha, k wo kuch
questions time late ki waja se miss kar jata ha, vu ko iska kya lena
dena,

Yar is jungle law k bare ma agar aap sb log ek email send karen sb
authorities ko . to shayed wo is rule ko ammend kar len, mene sb
authorities ko requests send ki ha, or apna case bhi forward kia ha,
lets see.
