Market value per share is calculated as under:

Owner's equity / No. of shares outstanding

Owner's equity comprises of following items:

Share capital 

Reserve

Un-appropriated profit

Go to the"Notes to financial statements" and see this heading.

21.2 Issued, subscribed and paid up share capital.

Total of this category is "number of outstanding shares"
