Multinational and large organizations reserve approximately 9 to 10 percent of net profit for promotional tools for the growth and development of organizations. Small business owners can not afford the expensive promotional tools at the initial stage of starting business or middle stage".

Mr Javed wants to start a business of general store in a small market of residential area of Islamabad; he has hired a shop and has limited capital at initial stage of starting the business.  In this situation which sort of promotional tools should be practiced by Javed within limited budget?
