2. Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
5 Architecture Design Diagram--
1) in DFD you have to create Context also,which is the outline of your system,you have just draw external entities with your system,like in email moderation ,User is your external entity ,so you have to attach it with your system,
IN DFD you briefly draw your system ,connect all external entities with your system.
2)In ERD(entity relation diagram) you have to show the connection between entities ,their may be 1 to many relation ,or many to many relation ,or 1 to 1 relation ,so according to this point you draw ERD,select only one relation at a time ,don't make relation of more then 1 type,like a user have to check emails,so the relation is 1 to many.
3) in activity diagram draw all activities of the entities separately ,like LOgIN is a activity ,draw it separate ,then INBOX ,then so on.
4) same concept used for sequence diagrams ,draw separately for each activity.
all these diagram can be drawn in MS viso.
select SOFTWARE cat. from category list.then select UML Model diagram.
check helping material , from Supervisor side.
remember use same name of use cases which you write in 1st phase.
