think if u r employer u want the best for ur organization and u can impose any restriction 

if i were employer i dont like to take employee from the alkhair univ because i saw their examination system. The student of Alkhair Uni will not force me.   if any company impose the restriction, u have to accept. yar us ke ley wo uni credible nai ho gi.

It is only sufficient or more u can attest it from kuwait embassy in pakistan which will attest ur degree on the basis of attestation mentioned above.

In GCC Countries those degrees are accepted which are endorsed by the these  countries consulats in pakistan. The requirement of these consulates are degress should be verified by HEC and afterwards Ministery of forign affairs. so, any degree which is verfied by concerened country consulate would be accepted in gulf countries. This is not the specific case that kuwait is not accepting degree.
