Firstly I am a girl not Bro :) secondly My project was about job satisfaction and its effect on motivation for better performance

They asked 12 questions:

1. How i collected data?
2. They asked what was motivation.
3. Kinds of motivation names
4. Kinds of motivation to define each kind
5. Performance definition
6. how I measured it
7. They asked about most common factor for low satisfaction
8. They asked about correlation
9. what is correlation
10. why i used correlation]
11. what my correlation result showed.
12. they asked different between incentive and benefits.

I gave the MBA HRM viva on 19th at Lawrence road campus. It is easy as long as you have done your report yourself. I advise you to be confident and try to memorize your presentation so that you do not need to look at slides too much,.... also try and relax take time to understand the question and then answer them.I am a working student hence i did final project it, the viva was taken by two females, they asked total 12 questions which i answered all and my project has got Pass grade.
