Refund Security Amount... How to Get?

 

Dear all,

 

 I have recently  passed out, & I also receive the mail from Refund_security for beneficiary name which i provided a week ago. They don,t ask the account number just the beneficiary name which i provided.

 

Now what to do next for refunding the security amount. Will they sent me cross check to my address? will i wait for it?

 

Or suggest me any other option pls
