"Today LAN is very popular in globally as a secure network. There are lot of reason for many organization select LAN for communication between employee, clients and other branches etc.
For making secure LAN we have need some configuration. If we have correct configuration mostly chansec are incerase to safe cyber attacks come from outside.
Do not use some typical password: First main thing to account hack reason is typical password are sets for accounts like email, bank account and websites account etc. Please do not make typical password like your date of birth, your mobile no.,your car registration no. your passport no. your house or compound no. or some comman passwords : 12345678,11110000 , administrator,adminadmin and many more comman password according to regions.
Make sure firewall configure properly:
Firewall is more efficient work without any expensive use and thats the reason of firewall includes Operating System feature. For get efficiency of firewall must configure the firewall policy.
Turn off remote assistance: Remote assistance must off, in more probaly in any case outsider is allowed access to your netwrok of computer must allow the authorized person and during the access of outsiders looking CPU Process, if any unwanted or unknown program run on CPU process discard that.
LAN Technology:
There are many technology is append with the LAN, Ethenet, Token Ring, FDDI and CDMA.
But more powerful technology is ETHERNET.
Ethernet is more powerful technology to connect more people at different places and allow to communicate any other person available on the network without high cost, technician installation or more hardware devices.
That the one main reason of Ethernet absorbing rapdily our Cyber world it is also cost effective we do not need high costly hardware only some minor hardware like NIC(Network Interface Card).
Ethernet is more efficent for to transfer data without any big headers and include in this technology is best effor delivery for make user sending file minmum time to reach destination computer.
Ethernet is do not required complecated software, this is only required TCP/IP software this is also include Operating System. world most popular OS windows are making part of windows is TCP/IP protocol software.
In case many connecting two branches we have required some hardware switch or bridge or routers. According to distance and host we have selected any one device. combination of device are append some more efficency and cost reducing."
