Yar i i need some information about Final project and internship report

I was doing job in a private firm since 1.05 years...and keeping in view that, i selected final project in my 4th semester...But now, i have lost that job... and now i would not be able to submit a job confirmation letter....Can i change my Final Project to Internship as i m totaly free now and can do internship..... Please guide me accordingly..
