"Virtual University is pleased to inform you that number of scholarships has been increased for the current semester so that maximum number of students fulfilling the scholarships criteria may be benefited .The process to prepare the scholarships award list is near its completion and will be published as soon as the same is finalized. The delay occurred due to the extention in the fall 2011 admission. Virtual University is also aware of the concerns of prospective candidates of scholarships regarding their dues payments and it is therefore assured to all such prospective candidates of scholarships that university will give ample time to pay their dues without any fine to those students who have been unsuccessful to secure a place in the merit list. It is also informed that the paid dues of the students who will be awarded scholarships will be adjusted/refunded accordingly"
