Needs Improvement
There are so general points written in the critical analysis and the
SWOT analysis
You need to talk about the bank MCB
You need to write the specific point in the SWOT analysis
Do not make recommendations in the opportunities

Critical analysis
why have you not linked the concepts
MCB bank provides commercial banking and related services .it is well
established institute and performing its duties in a very good way and
having improvement in all
departments. In MCB there is solid communication between the employees and
management.                             .
The planning and the selection process of the MCB is good.MCB
employees are satisfied from their jobs besides their seniors are
happy from their performance. The recruitment and selection process of
MCB is not good. And the recruit illegible employees and they do no
work properly.
They select and hire the crucial employees for the necessary job
that's why there are less chances of dissatisfaction. In MCB they
provide bigger training for selected employees, management
organization of MCB is extremely good. In MCB they work together with
every one where they require help.
Most employees are satisfied their jobs as well as their managers also
satisfied sthier jobs. But MCB need to improve their management skills
and planning for selection and hiring process. Also they should think
regarding the require and desire of employee that why they are not
satisfied from their jobs and why they don't perform extremely fine as
they want.

Performance of employee directly affected by role and activities of
supervisors the work of environment, duty hours, salary, job security
and reward promotion..There must be proper   methods and planning for
employee hiring every selection and hiring every department must have
their own authority. Employees don't get rank according to their
performance and experience and this create hate and discrimination
among employee and managers because they want their right compensation
which they deserve which method they use for the appraisal of the
employees performance

Structure of the HRM department is much obscured depending upon the
requirement of the bank this dperatment is control by president, group
head of the human resource management and divisional head of the HRM.
what type of decision making is there
It must be the centralized one

The main function of the HR department is to arrange the required
human resource for the organization and make policies for development
of the human resource. Employee recruitment and selection policies of
MCB developed in such a way that a appropriate and productive
candidate can be obtained

Training and policies vague
Policies are various rules that are used to make decisions. MCB bank
has different policies to build judgment and give essential results.
Different polices of MCB bank are business polices, credit polices,
worker recruitment   policy, product and service policy, functioning
and monitoring policies These policies are helpful for process of
banking function
