These are some experiences of viva & presentation by different members of vuZs for the guidance of their fellows. Please read and follow their advices.

There will be 2-3 members panel sitting in front of you. After entring into the room and paying compliments to the panel ,You will be asked to sit at the chair specified for you and plug in your USB in computer and operate the computer yourself.
First of all they asked me to introduce myself. After introduction they asked me to directly move to my tarining program. Here they asked me to ddescribe what what tasks I did during my internship. I described my all taks then they asked me what you did in account opening department.I was advised by one my friends that you speak more at the topic which you have prepared well. So that if they want to ask some thing then they ask from same topic which is running. I did same and keep speaking on accounts opening procedure. They asked me fewquestions about acount opening form like what is "Next of Kin". what type of accounts there in NBP and what type of people open their accounts in NBP.
They asked me about ratios like current ratios, acid test ratio, difference between both of them. Why we calclulate markete ratios, nad liquidity ratios. They asked me little about SWOT analysis. But my most of the time was spent on account opening so, they could not get enough time to move further.
my advice is that you must read your report 2-3 times carefully, specially training program and ratio analysis. You must be well prepared about ratios interpretation and their purposes etc. Which ratiuo has what purpose and effect etc. Try to speak english with urdu mixture. Don't speak only english and english with wrong tenses. Where you feel , you are getting stucked start speaking urdu in order to reduce panic and frustration.

I would like to share my all of the experience which I "Suffered"
I was called for Presentation at 12pm today (4th Oct. 2010) at Islamabad Campus where I reached before 11am and where I met students who came from Attock, DI Khan and other cities by covering long distances. Two people were there to facilitate us and one of them took my flash drive and copied my presentation at his own PC.
Normally they took 30 Minute for each student to cover his presentation and viva. I was called for presentation in Presentation room at 3:27pm as I entered the room there was a big LCD screen and a multimedia screen. at TV screen two female interviewers were visible at one side while i was on 2nd part of the same LCD while I sit there one university personnel started my presentation and the first page was opened.
I started with the name of Allah and introduced my self as MBA student from Islamabad campus and after wards I introduced my organization. While I was ending my introduction one of the lady asked to move on "Training Program" and i presented it very well and taught them briefly about what i did there and some questions were also asked relating to my presentation like she said what are the Audit controls as i mentioned those in my slide and some other relevant questions were there. and after that she asked to move to Profitability ratios and i gave him the definition of profitability ratios and after that she asked for its working in presentation which was not there in my presentation and I told her as this all working was present in my internship report so why should i include those once again and there were some arguments between us on the point she said it was the most important part of the presentation and I argued that the most important part of the presentation is training program which i explained you and after that she asked me to move to SWOT analysis and asked about opportunities and I cleared him about that and then she said Thank You and came out of the room by Saying Allah Hafiz.

They will be consontrate on your training program, critical analysis, swot analaysis and ask any recomandation from you with the referance of your organizaion,main quesions which thay can ask,1 : Miss can you explain the purpose of leverage ratio?2 what should be the normal currant ratio?3 what is the purpose of activity ratio?4 can you explain the difference between dupoint ratio and debt ratio5 what the work which you perfrom in the finance and accounting departmetn ofointernee organizaion6 pllzzz tels the any one strong strength, oppurtunity, threats or weakness of the relevent organizaion?7 any recomendation which you want to give your organizaion?8 only finace department related recomendation which you want to say?9 have any software which is use in Accounting and finance department of your organizaion?

My presenatation was on 5 oct 2010. Three member available for the prsentation, they asked many question about training program, task, current ratio, balance sheet, swot analysis, conclusion and last recomanadation. In this process they asked my job expirence and learning
