The difference between  service and sales is...

 service is giving customers something they want.

Sales is getting them to want something you've got.

the difference between customer service and sales is: in customer service you should be listening to your customer and be able to relate to anything they say or do, you should be able to help and understand the customer and know their needs. In sales your job is to be able to pitch anything to anyone whether they like or need it.

Sir as per my short knowledge bearer cheque is a cheque where the money can be paid to any person who presents it to the bank (green)

4.What is crossing?

5.Do you know about KYC ...its a card or product? 

no sir its not this kinda thing which you asking ...not a card or product its a part of  AOF n its stands for know your customer 

6.What is AOF by the way?

ok marina now explain 3 ratios ...current ratio...quick ratio and times interest earned and also tell the result n impact on your organization ok! 

Then i present above ratios efficiently mashallah n told each n every point n reason of decreasing trend ...my luck is good that they given me very easy ratios  

Questions from ratios  

1. What is gearing ratio? 

Ma'am its also called leverage ratio n its determine the degree of protection of suppliers of long term funds.

2. tell me the Bench mark of capitalization ratio ?

ma'am there is no any particular standard or bench mark for this ratio or you can say setting the right amount of debt. its simple that low debt n higher equity in capitulation ratio shows good quality of investment.... 

hmmm ...good tell me the formula ?

long term debt/ long term debt + shareholder equity  

bank performance in previous years as compared to current year?

previous performance is good ma'am as compared to current year cause bank going in decreasing trend in 2010 it means its negative sign for bank n nearly bank going to bankrupt if they never cover up their debt.

going to Decreasing trend ....how?

Ma'am they have low tangible net worth , low assets to meet their short term obligation, low EBIT to recover their interest expense , low earning per share that is not favorable ...if m the investor then i never ever invest a single rupee in this bank coz they have nothing to pay , even the debt is too high then its equity that's why...=)

ma'am both are the same ...as per my short knowledge.....sales making the services (my stupid tukka)

male instructor stopped the lady n said to her ...now its enough i think dont discuss sales topic more she already given many answers ...plz ask recommendation from her she looking nerves now.....then he said marina no problem relax n move on recommendation n tell what you want to recommend to your organization  (he was angel really so nice person=p i think he was new )  

then i told them bout my recommendation ....they appreciate my 2nd point which was

sir being a finance student i recommend to them that they should decrease their markup rate for students so that they can get loans easily this can be increase their sales as well as their profit ....

How marina....?

sir when they low their markup rate for example if they giving 15% so they should decrease n set 10% or 5% ....this changes can attracts more customers thats why profit would be increase ....sir this is only my view being a student
