Respected Madam,

                                 This is to inform you that i miss my viva and presentation due to my mother hospitalization, i am a bankar and my promotion is based on my VU degree, i am so much worried as i committed to my HR that i will provide them the same as maximum possible, now if you fail or make any delay in my viva and presentaion i will definitly loos my job and repotation . It is humble request to you that please reschedule my Viva date on priority as already i wast my maximum time due to unavoidable circumstances.

i hope you understand my problem and give me the date which is nearest possible.

This will be your personal favour for me.

You need to ensure your presence in the presentation & viva voce examination on given date and time; otherwise the panel may declare your result as "Fail" in the course in this semester. In such case, you will have to enroll the same course in next semester which will cost you time, money and effort.

                                                                       

Bring your Power Point slides (Soft copy) with you which you intend to present.  Read the guidelines given on your course VULMS in the lesson 'Presentation &Viva Voce' carefully and prepare yourself accordingly.  

 

Note:

• Bring your VU ID card along with you at the center.
• You are NOT required to make the hard copy of your report. 
• Send your confirmation mail at your respective course email ID before your presentation date as mentioned above.
• Send your PPTs at your respective course email ID, if:
• You have NOT yet uploaded on VULMS of the course, OR
• You intend to use different file than already uploaded on VULMS.
• Send your complete postal address and phone number(s) via e-mail on the course e-mail ID for the return of your original internship certificate. (Only for students enrolled in Internship courses)
