RAHAT electronics are starting their new business in the market of Pakistan. Initially
they are intended to manufacture refrigerators and have to compete different competitors
already in the market. As we know that Pakistani market is captured by the large
companies like Dawlance, PEL, Haier, Waves, Philips, etc. The management of the
company has very comprehensive idea that they have to take strong steps and measures in
order to attain the market share and compete in Pakistani markets, so they decided to
develop a product which will be different from their competitors in the market.
Suppose you are working as an operations manager (OM) for RAHAT electronics and
have been given a task to provide a comprehensive overview of the key success factors
necessary for a unique product which may give a competitive edge to the company over
its competitors in Pakistani market.
