[ vuZs.net ] Aslamoalikum-Help required

Aslamoalikum Fellows,

I need some information. I f you know please do reply. One of my collegue doing MBA from other university. Where he must take regular classes for continue his studies. But because of job timing he is not able to attend classes regularly. Now he want to migrate VU for completion of his studies. He is completed 2 smesters there. Now he wants to continnue in VU from where he left. So, what is the procedure to took NOC from there and applied in VU? Can he do this, means to continue his studies in VU where he left in his past uni.? Please if anyone knows about it do reply me.
