VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY OF PAKISTAN                                     M.A. Jinnah Campus, Defence Road, Off Raiwind Road, Lahore.                                 Email: readmission@vu.edu.pk         No.     VU/Reg/1773                                                                                                                                                                 Dated: September 5, 2011     NOTIFICATION   I am directed to notify that the following guidelines for inactive/semester freeze students of MBA 2-year program admitted up to spring 2010 have been approved to be implemented w.e.f. fall 2011.   MBA students that  Completed Credit hours Guidelines to inactive/semester freeze student of MBA 2-year program admitted up to spring 2010     Less than 18 (a)    Cancellation of Admission. (b)   Allowed to seek re-admission towards new MBA programs according to admission eligibility criteria. (c)    Allowed to transfer relevant qualified courses, if any towards new MBA program.     18 to 54   Allowed to complete old MBA program within 4-semester (on or before spring 2013), failing which  study program will be changed towards new MBA program according to admission eligibility criteria and relevant qualified courses will be transferred. [OR Allowed to seek admission towards new MBA program according to admission eligibility criteria, also allowed to transfer relevant qualified courses towards new MBA program. 57 to 72 Allowed to complete old MBA program within 3-semester (on or before fall 2012), failing which  study program will be changed towards new MBA program according to admission eligibility criteria and relevant qualified courses will be transferred.   OR   Allowed to seek admission towards new MBA program according to admission eligibility criteria, also allowed to transfer relevant qualified courses towards new MBA program.                                                                                                                                                       Sd/- Assistant Registrar-VIII      CC for information and necessary action please.      1.                   Controller of Examinations, VU    2.                   Director Finance, VU    3.                   Manager IT, VU   4.                   All Assistant Professors, VU   5.                   Staff Office to Rector, VU   6.                   Student Concerned   7.                   Office file.
