Question/Description	The Case:  "Café Zauk" is one of the first western style restaurants opened on M M Alam road. Within months after the café's opening, it gained immense popularity amongst teenagers and young couples mainly due to its palatable menu accompanied with lively and happening ambiance. Its menu offered a mix of Thai, Italian, Continental and fast food items which were both affordable and delicious. The café's ambiance was created with modern furniture, dim lightening and loud music that seemed to match perfectly with the tastes of its young customer base. They also open dance floor on every Saturday nights. Due to huge success it has gained the attention of new investors and now many restaurants are following their pattern of customer offering thus it has become the trend setter.
